Our stay here was really comfortable, nice place for exploring Shanklin. Excellant service, though a few employees were inexperienced. We have booked double room with a lovely terrace, lovely big windows and all necessary amenities for 4 nights.

The location is fantastic, being so close to Shanklin Beach and other attractions like the Isle of Wight Zoo, making it ideal for family bonding. the room's cleanliness and customer service left much to be desired, overshadowing the beautiful surroundings.

Had an amazing getaway with friends! We explored nearby beaches and had a blast at the local attractions. The breakfast was substantial and the staff was friendly. Just a heads up to future guests, parking can be tricky, so plan accordingly!
One downside was the small bathroom.

The location was amazin with fine views of the sea n beach. The staff were super friendly, especially salma. Our room was nice n comfy, perfect for our girls getaway. Breakfast had good options n was tasty! It was clean n had a chill vibe.
The shower was a bit small n i wish the room had a larger bed. It got a lil noisy at times, but overall not a big deal.

Awesome views and friendly vibe
The staff here are super nice and always up for a chat. The views from our room were fine, especially those sunrises. Enjoyed chilling in the garden with a drink from the bar. Just a heads up, my shower didn't have a curtain, so things got a bit wet when I used it. Definitely worth the visit!
